Shipping Information

• We will prepare your product within 24 hours after receiving your order. Once prepared, it will be shipped to you.
• Please note that shipping within Bangladesh may take up to 7 business days for delivery.
• Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to track the delivery of your package.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at customersupport@splinterpark.com . They will provide you with further instructions.

Please note the following guidelines for returns:

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process mentioned above and indicate your preference for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item and you can place a new order for the item you want.
