How to Request an Exchange

Returning the Item


If you choose to exchange an item, please return the complete parcel to our online store at SplinterPark.com. Notify our customer service team about the return, and they will assist you accordingly. Once we receive the return, we will promptly review and resend the full order.

  • Our exchange policy does not apply to discounted or special offer items. These items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
